    Role Summary
    As a Level 1 / Support Engineer, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional technical support and solutions to our valued customers. This role involves customer interaction, on-site visits, and the chance to dive deep into cutting-edge technologies. We also embrace a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home one day per week.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Engage with customers, both remotely and through on-site visits, to provide timely and efficient technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
    • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for customers in assisting to understand their environments, help build strong relationships and assist our business in succeeding in client expectations through prompt and professional communication.
    • Collaborate closely with our team of experienced engineers, learning from their expertise and leveraging their support to deliver exceptional results.
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, proactively expanding your knowledge and skill set to provide our customers with the highest level of service.
    • Document support activities, including problem analysis, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps, to maintain accurate records following the ITIL framework.

    Qualifications
    • Ability in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
    • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical individuals and build positive relationships with customers.
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, constantly evolving your skills to keep up with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, demonstrating a methodical and analytical approach to identifying and resolving complex issues.
