    We currently have a vacancy for a Business Analyst fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site

    Your tasks:

    Analysis of Business requirements combined with documentation of Business requirements;
    Business model analysis as well as Business process analysis and Business processes modelling;
    Functional requirements and business cases analysis;
    Risk analysis;
    Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.
    Requirements
    University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 15 years;
    Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.);
    Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value;
    Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites;
    Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework);
    Experience in implementation of Portfolio/Project Management tools in large organizations;
    Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes;
    Good knowledge on Service Now Platform and particularly on Strategic Portfolio Management and Application Management Modules will be a plus;
